One Clear Message: Clear Communication, Self-Esteem development and training workshop (2 hrs mini-workshop)

If so, this mini-workshop is what you need. In today’s tough economic times it is essential to develop the tools that build strong, confident employees and excellent relationships with clients to ensure retention of both in tough markets. Happy staff with the ability to cope with pressure work harder, smarter, are more confident. These confident employees represent your business better and that leads to happier clients and a more stable business.
This workshop has 4 key components:
1.One Clear message – Learn how to create a single clear message when you communicate with yourself or others (words, pictures, intent, tone and body language) -Thoughts and feelings at odds create tension and anxiety; mixed messages are confusing and dilute the message. Benefit: clear communication has the ability to remove anxiety and conflict and set clear achievable goals
2.Ownership –Learn how to own your motivations and clarify them. What you do is not nearly as important as how you do it and why. Find something positive you get out of your actions. Benefit: Self-motivated happier people who are able to see the big picture without losing sight of the small picture.
3. Dynamic goal setting – Learn how to make your emotional goals your primary goals - how you want to feel and what you expect to feel from achieving your tangible goals. Benefit: Greater satisfaction, achieving what you really desire.
4. Processing – Learn how to take the steps from “Bleeugh” to “I really like who I am” -Express your feelings appropriately. Release the negativity appropriately, then refocus on what you desire and value. Benefit: Moving from “bleeugh” to “I really like who I am” and ending toxic relationships.
Use how your brain actually works and the power of processing to develop your self-esteem, to make you happier, more confident, cope better and become more efficient. This leads to better relationships with your clients and families.

1. Feedback - All life is about relationships. The more healthy your relationships, the more you will succeed in life. Clear effective feedback. Benefit: developing the ability to give effective constructive feedback.
2. Presentation tips - Stop boring PowerPoint presentations, learn the skills to create and present dynamic presentations. Benefit: developing the ability to give clear, powerful presentation to put a strong message across and inspire your audience.
3. Servant Leadership - The skills to becoming a powerful, effective leader through service rather than taking. Benefit: become the powerful effective leaders the world needs.
4. Understanding and building real Self-Esteem - Learn what Self-Esteem really is. We teach others how treat us by the way we nurture and appreciate ourselves. Nurturing ourselves refills the tank and allows us to have something to give to others we care about. Benefit: Build a solid foundation of real self-esteem
Additional (Day Long) Team Building - Learn how to do a dynamic presentation, then as a team build a presentation for your company, learn the skills of presenting it effectively. Benefit: work together as a team to produce a unique, powerful and useful product you will be proud of.
The workshop/s can be done at your offices to fit in with the schedule and demands of your business. Groups of 10-15 are optimal to get as much participation and interaction between participants but this workshop is effective for groups of up to 50. Embedded learning is achieved through sharing understanding and experiences. Reinforcement through processing and the practical exercises help create a deeper understanding and application of the ideas presented in this workshop.
